Digital Product Manager, Kiehl’s Since 1851
Grace Edinger is the Digital Product Manager at Kiehl’s Since 1851, a division of L’Oreal, where she manages the on-site experience and strategy for Kiehls.com. Her responsibilities include optimizing site experience for conversion and customer experience, as well as creating and executing SEO strategy. She is constantly looking for opportunities to push the boundaries of ecommerce to create the best possible experience for customers, and is especially interested in creating a more unified experience between the digital and physical shopping experiences. Prior to joining Kiehl’s, Grace worked in ecommerce for fashion brands Vince and Club Monaco. She graduated from Tufts University with a degree in English.
