Josephine joined HCA, the world’s largest healthcare provider, 6 years ago to establish the company’s social media programs. Josephine worked across the company’s various business units to develop Best Practices and enterprise offerings for the company’s 3,500 employed providers, 160 hospitals, and 1,000 physician practices and urgent care centers. Today, Josephine oversees digital marketing operations for HCA. This includes listing management, reputation management, SEO and content optimization, SEM, email marketing and social media. Before joining HCA, Josephine worked at a Nashville based experiential marketing agency where she served Fortune 500 clients, including General Motors, Barclays Bank and AirTran Airways.
